The mission of the PAL Duncan Center is to provide a safe, fun and healthy environment for all children in our program. We will provide recreational, educational enrichment, cultural, mentoring and socialization activities that will help our children to grow and develop as individuals and become productive members of society.

The vision of the PAL Duncan Center is to be a dynamic and innovative recreational program for the children in the Hells Kitchen community and beyond. To be a safe place for our young people and provide support to their families. We will seek to offer children and young adults’ opportunities that will give them the tools they need for a better today, tomorrow and future!
