PAL children create beautiful crafts to celebrate spring! THE FLORAL CONTAINERS can be cups, bottles, jars, tubes, boxes, baskets or any other suitable portable container. They can be made of cardboard, paper, plastic, wood or ceramic. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS can be made of fabric, felt, burlap, tissue paper, crepe paper, pop sticks, pipe cleaners, wool, pom-poms or any other suitable material.
