Early Learning is part of the Early Learning Services program.
Early Learning Services are for children ages two to 5. Head Start and Day Care programs serve 800 children annually. Head Start provides a learning curriculum, social services, health, nutrition, meals and parent involvement. PAL also operates Day Care programs for children of working parents. Children in day care participate in educational experiences, supervised play and enjoy nutritious meals.
