Involvement can mean sponsoring an event, donating equipment, volunteering employees, participating in sports teams, and providing part-time jobs for PAL teenagers.

Recreational and Athletic Programs
PAL is famous for its recreational and athletic programs that give kids the chance to interact, compete, and cooperate in a team setting. There are sponsorships of sports leagues available for basketball, boxing, rookie league baseball, flag football and our well-known Cops & Kids program that includes basketball, golf, volleyball and softball.

Day Camps and Play Streets
PAL’s Day Camps and neighborhood Playsites are summer homes and school extensions for thousands of kids. Sponsorships are available in neighborhoods of your choosing including the Central Park Carnival in mid-August. Carnival is the culmination of summer activities and a day filled with fun, friends, food, games and a parade.

Benefits of Sponsorship
Sponsor's name will appear in all press releases and promotional material. Corporate banner will be prominently displayed at program sites and awards ceremonies. Publicity will include coverage in PAL's quarterly newsletter and annual report, each mailed to 13,000 friends of PAL. Sponsor representatives are welcome to participate as volunteers in all activities and in the awards ceremonies.
