The William J. Duncan Center provides high quality programs that inspire and support youth achievement in school and creates a community that motivates and guides youth toward positive and successful life choices. PAL’s goal-oriented programming at the center seeks to get kids moving intellectually, artistically, and athletically so they can fully realize their potential.

The vision of the PAL William J. Duncan Center is to provide a safe, fun, and healthy environment for our young people and their families and to serve as a resource to the Hell’s Kitchen Community.

We provide recreational, educational, cultural, mentoring, and socialization activities that help develop youths into productive members of society.
