At the Harlem Center, PAL along with Front Court Masters welcomed young people to learn teamwork, empowerment and better basketball skills. Youth also participated in some strength training from a special guest, boxer Michael Spinks (Olympic gold medalist and both Light Heavyweight & Heavyweight Championship boxer). The day ended with a basketball scrimmage between NYPD’s PSA 5 and Front Court Masters! Thank you to everyone who made this event a great success including our staff, the NYPD, Front Court Masters and Fidelis.
Congrats to the Webster Center who won the 2022 Jr Knicks Championship! Webster defeated Team PCR 29 – 22 with a strong performance from game MVP Maurice W.
Congrats to the 113th Precinct who defeated the 103rd Precinct, 74-56, in the Queens South championship final! The win advances the 113th Precinct to a citywide match-up against the Staten Island division champion this month.
