In-Step is part of the Adolescent Services program.

The In-School Training and Employment Program (In-STEP) is an academic enrichment, job readiness, leadership training program that has been offered by PAL for over ten years. In-STEP has established itself as a highly successful model. Last year, for example, 100% of high school seniors in the In-STEP program graduated on time and went on to college.The program offers opportunities for high school students to take part in activities designed to help them do well in school, gain work experience and take on adult-like roles in PAL centers and their communities, with an emphasis on service.
